Cross fit
I have been slacking on the cross-fit posts!
I am on day 15 of the crossfit burpee challenge at my gym.
I have hiked, ran, or walked far just about everyday.
I have been practicing double-unders, using the kettle ball, bands, and ab mat i have packed.
